Pineapple Kombucha Gummies

100% pineapple juice 2 Tablespoon honey
Cup KeVita® Master Brew Kombucha Pineapple Peach 1⁄4 Cup unflavored gelatin
- In a small pot, heat pineapple juice over medium low heat and stir in honey to incorporate; once heated and honey is mixed, remove from heat.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, add kombucha and sprinkle gelatin on top; allow gelatin to hydrate for about 1 minute. Stir kombucha and gelatin together to form paste.
- Pour heated pineapple juice into bowl with kombucha and stir with spoon until all gelatin is dissolved; stir in citric acid.
- Quickly pour mixture into gummy molds or add a thin layer of liquid to silicone ice cube trays; place in fridge for an hour to set. Remove gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
